The River View at Occoquan Northern Virginia venue is a large wedding venue that can accommodate 400 seated guests and provides a beautiful view of the Occoquan River. The property offers two different areas for wedding parties to get ready for the day, one being the Hospitality Suite and the other being a historic cottage. The main building on the venue property features wood accents and has floor to ceiling windows that provide perfect lighting.

  • Conveniently located just outside of D.C. with multiple lodging accommodations nearby

  • Large space for cocktail reception or indoor holding area with a custom built-in bar (The 1608 Room)

  • Gold chiavari chairs for indoor use, wooden tables of various sizes, and white folding chairs for outdoor use

  • Set-up and breakdown of all tables & chairs before and after event

  • Dinner/Reception space with floor-to-ceiling views of the Occoquan River

  • Free, private parking in close proximity to venue entrance

  • Indoor ceremony plan for inclement weather

  • Complimentary ceremony rehearsal based on availability

  • Use of yard games to bring the fun outside

  • Miscellaneous décor and equipment, including but not limited to; floor easels, chalkboard signs, directional signage, cake stands
